This trip and exhibition was a collaboration between artists Liz Wall and Kathleen Newman and produced over 40 paintings and sketchbook drawings to document the landscape as well as train interiors. The exhibit was installed in various gallery spaces for over a year and was featured in a segment on the Chicago PBS Channel 11 Artbeat Chicago in 2005. Host Fawn Ring did an on camera interview with the artists and did a gallery walk to show the paintings and sketchbooks. The segment aired in May,2005. The exhibition was partially funded by Amtrak.
